Verified once. Trusted every submission.
Submit Bonds™ has been moving bonds from cell to court for participating Florida agents since 2019. Identity verified once at signup. License monitored daily. Signature applied automatically. Less paper, fewer rejections, faster releases.
What you get
Submit bonds to any participating jail in your authorized counties through one platform. Your submission board shows only the jails where you’re registered. No more juggling fax numbers and county-specific portals.
Identity verification through Persona at signup. License status checked daily against state regulators. Your verified signature and the Submit Bonds™ trust mark are applied to every submission automatically — no per-submission stamping or rescanning.
Pre-submission validation catches issues before the jail does. License flags, jurisdiction mismatches, and document quality problems surface in your queue, not in a rejection notice.
Every submission, power, and status change is logged with timestamp and actor. When a forfeiture or dispute requires reconstruction, your record is intact and exportable.

Eligibility
To open and maintain a Submit Bonds™ account, you must:
A complete copy of the Operating Guidelines is available online.
Power of attorney custody
The default workflow remains hand-signed Power of Attorney forms with monthly mail-back of original paper powers to your surety. This is the established custody model that protects against fraudulent reuse and is required until your surety and the receiving jail enroll in electronic powers.
For sureties enrolled in the electronic-powers program and jails accepting electronic submissions, paper power custody is replaced with cryptographic verification. The Submit Bonds™ submission system will indicate which mode applies for each submission. Until both your carrier and jurisdiction are electronic-powers-enabled, the wet-ink signature and monthly mail-in workflow remains in effect.
You’ll be notified when your carrier and jurisdiction become electronic-powers-eligible. No action required on your part to be ready.
